1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL - COMMISSION

Chair Covey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. All members were present, with Commissioner Donini absent.

Pastor Eddy Vera with Friends Community Church provided the Invocation.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Commissioner Perez led the Pledge of Allegiance.

5. CONSENT CALENDAR

5.A. Approval of June 11, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

Vice Chair Schlotterbeck made the motion to approve the consent calendar. Commissioner Madden seconded the motion and the motion carried 4-0.

6. PUBLIC HEARINGS

6.A. Tentative Parcel Map No. 2022-179

Chair Covey disclosed he visited the site.

Senior Planner Rebecca Pennington presented the item.

Chair Covey Opened the Public Hearing.

The Applicant, James McGrade, President of Healthcare Property Advisors, introduced himself and thanked staff for their hard work and effort on this project.

Seeing no members of the public wishing to address the Commission, Chair Covey closed the Public Hearing.

Commissioner Perez made the motion to approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 2022-179. Vice Chair Schlotterbeck seconded the motion and the motion carried 4-0.

7. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS

7.A. Committee Reports

Commissioner Perez reported on the Brea 2050 Community Steering Committee and encouraged everyone to take the General Plan Update survey.

Chair Covey reported on the recent Art in Public Places Committee meeting and reminded everyone of the Fourth of July Country Fair.
