2.A. Discussion of Personnel Matters - City and County Manager- 6:01 PM

Under the Colorado Open Meetings law, discussion of peronnel matters can take place in a closed executive session. However, if the employee who is the subject of the session requests that the discussion take place in an open meeting, there is no executive session.

Manager Hoffman requested the discussion take place in public.
