1. CALL TO ORDER: PLANNING COMMISSION
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chair Dianne Thomas in the Helen Kawagoe Council Chambers, Carson City Hall, 701 E. Carson Street, Carson, California 90745.

Planning Secretary Laura Gonzalez noted the roll:

RECOMMENDED ACTION— CONSIDER RESOLUTION NO. 25-2896 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARSON APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF TIME OF EFFECTIVENESS OF SITE PLAN AND DESIGN REVIEW 1785-19 REVISION #2, PERTAINING TO REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2625 E. CARSON STREET
