Any decision made by the City of Gardena Planning & Environmental Quality Commission during the Public Hearing will be final unless a written request for an appeal is filed, with the appropriate fee, to the City Clerk within ten calendar days from the date of adoption, or City Council calls this matter for review within the same ten-day period.
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1-26 AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT #1-26 TO ALLOW VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITIES WITHIN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL (M-2) ZONE AT 13625-13629 ALMA AVENUE (APN: 6102-015-027)
A request from Liliger Damaso & Rob De La Torre, representing Wanderwell Society South Bay, LLC., for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operations of a private vehicle storage facility within an existing industrial building totaling 11,970 square feet, located in the General Industrial (M-2) zone, in accordance with Section 18.46.030.C.9 of the Gardena Municipal Code.
