PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (PUBLIC COMMENT)
Option A: To provide public comments in-person in the Council Chambers
Members of the public may attend the meeting in person in the Council Chambers and speak or submit a written comment on any item listed on the Agenda. If you wish to speak, complete a Speaker’s Card for each item and submit to the Agency Secretary prior to the public comment portion of the item. Public testimony is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker; a speaker’s time may not be transferred to another speaker. Written public comments submitted at the meeting are not read aloud by the Agency Secretary.
Option B: To submit written public comments prior to the meeting
Members of the public may submit written comments on any item listed on the Agenda. To ensure the Planning Commission has time to review and/or consider information prior to the meeting, please include the item number or topic in the subject line and email comments@agourahillscity.gov by 4:00 p.m. on the meeting date. Public comments are not read into the record by the City. Any comments submitted after the deadline may not be considered during the Planning Commission's deliberations or included in the official record. However, the public may attend the meeting to make or submit written comments in person.

1. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider the Adoption of a Resolution for a Time Extension Request for the Ladyface Vista Project Case Nos. CUP-2021-0004, SPR-2021-0007, and OAK-2021-0015
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF AGOURA HILLS, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING THE EXPIRATION DATES OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. CUP-2021-004, SITE PLAN REVIEW CASE NO. SPR-2021-0007, OAK TREE PERMIT CASE NO. OAK-2021-0012, AND VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP CASE NO. TRM-2021-0001 SUBJECT TO REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, AND MAKING FINDINGS OF EXEMPTION UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.
2. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider the Adoption of a Resolution to Approve a Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan/Architectural Review Permit to Allow for a Second Story Addition to an Existing Single-Family Dwelling
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF AGOURA HILLS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. PZ-2025-152-CUP AND SITE PLAN/ ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW PERMIT CASE NO. PZ-2025-207-SPR TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SECOND STORY ADDITION TO A SINGLE-STORY SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING ON A HILLSIDE LOT AND MAKING A DETERMINATION OF EXEMPTION UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.
