No Council action will be taken at the town hall. This is a community forum. Those wishing to speak are asked to fill out a speaker card and give that card to the City Clerk at the staff table; comments are limited to three minutes each. Public comments may also be submitted by email at publiccomments@cityofartesia.us before 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting.
