To be held immediately following the City Council Meeting if approved at the January 14, 2025 City Council meeting, the executive session is permitted under C.R.S. § 24-6-402 (4)(e)(I) and (4)(f)(I)- Instruction to Negotiators and Personnel Matters regarding the annual review and evaluation process of the City and County Manager and the City and County Attorney, which includes discussions of potential contract amendments.
