To be held immediately following the City Council Meeting if approved at the January 28, 2025 City Council meeting, the executive session is permitted under C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e)(l) for the purpose of obtaining instruction to negotiators and obtaining legal advice regarding Broomfield Town Square.
