If you wish to address the Council, please complete a “Speaker Request” form and present it to the City Clerk or Sergeant of Arms. You will be called to the podium by name when it is your turn to address the Council. The City Council cannot legally take action on any item not scheduled on the Agenda. Such items may be referred for administrative action or scheduled on a future Agenda. Members of the public wishing to address the City Council will be given three (3) minutes to speak.

RESOLUTION NO. 6717, Establishing the Multiple Employer Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) 115/Pension Trust Administered by Shuster Advisory Group, LLC; Authorize the City Manager to Execute all Required Agreements and Documents; Approve the Transfer of the Current Balance in the City's California Employers' Retiree Benefit Trust (CERBT); and Authorize the Transfer of $550,000 in Contributions Included in the Adopted Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 to the Trust

PUBLIC HEARING: RESOLUTION NO. 6730 - Approving an amendment to modify Conditional Use Permit (CUP) #9-04 to allow the sales of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for off-site consumption and on-site instructional tastings located in an existing retail store in the General Commercial (C-3) zone per Section 18.32.030.B. of the Gardena Municipal Code located at 2169 West Redondo Beach Boulevard (4063-014-020).
Staff Recommendation: -Conduct public hearing and receive public testimony; -Allow three (3) minutes for each speaker; and -Allow the applicant to respond Staff recommendation for motion: - Adopt Resolution No. 6730, approving an amendment to modify Conditional Use Permit #9-04 - Find the Project exempt under CEQA Guidelines Section 153101 (Class 1 - Existing Facility); and - Direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption.
