1. Conduct Interviews and Appoint an Applicant to Fill the Unscheduled Vacancy on the City Council Appointed Water Commission, Office No. 3, with a term expiring on June 30, 2029

ACTION: Formal selection procedures were conducted. Nadia Hardjadinata received a majority vote of the City Council and was therefore appointed to fill the unscheduled vacancy on the Water Commission, Office No. 3, for a term expiring June 30, 2029.

Recommended Action for the City Council:

— 1. Conduct interviews with eligible applicants for the unscheduled vacancy on the Water Commission, Office No. 3;

— 2. Evaluate the qualifications of each applicant in accordance with Glendora Municipal Code Section 2.18.020 and applicable City policies; and

— 3. Appoint a qualified applicant to fill the vacancy for the remainder of the term ending June 30, 2029.
