EXECUTIVE SESSION

SECTION 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney - The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to seek legal advice from the City Attorney about any matters listed on the agenda, open meetings, open records, code of ethics and conflicts of interest, appointments process and rules of procedure for boards and commissions, drone regulations, cemetery maintenance, legal issues related to establishing, operating, or approving a Foreign Trade Zone and any related agreements, applications, or compliance obligations, and pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer for the following cases: • City of Haltom City v. Pecos HFC • Maria Rosales v. City of Haltom City • Ponderosa Mobile Home Park • Logan Rains v. DN Tanks, et. al. SECTION 551.072 – Deliberation about Real Property - Deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, and property owned or leased by the City. SECTION 551.087 - Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations - Deliberation regarding financial or other incentives to a business or business project, Hoffbrau Steakhouse. Consideration and possible action regarding approval of budgeted purchases: a Water Truck ($207,708.00) and a Rubber-Tired Front-End Loader ($241,174.03). (G. Van Nieuwenhuize)

5. ORDINANCE NO. O-2025-035-15 Z-009-25 Rezoning 5617 Midway Road (1ST Reading)

CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING and/or action on the application of Eduardo Dimas for a Zoning Change request from “C-3” Commercial District to “PD-C-3” Planned Development Cabinet Shop located on the Lot 19, Block 3 of the Golden Gardens Addition, being approximately 0.918 acres of land, locally know as 5617 Midway Road. 6. RESOLUTION NO. R-2026-001-01 – May 2026 General Election

Consideration and/or action regarding approval of resolution calling for a general election to be held on May 2, 2026, for the offices of city council place 3, city council place 4, city council place 5, and city council place 6; approving a joint election agreement with Tarrant County; providing procedures for the conduct of the election. 7. RESOLUTION NO. R-2026-002-11: AMENDMENT TO AN ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT - TxDOT

Consideration and/or action regarding approval of a resolution for Amendment No. 1 to the Advance Funding Agreement with TxDOT for the Broadway Avenue (Denton Hwy to SH 26) Reconstruction Project. (G. Van Nieuwenhuize)

8. INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT - TARRANT COUNTY

Consideration and/or action to approve an Interlocal Agreement with Tarrant County for the rehabilitation of Old Denton Road from 4001 Old Denton Road to the railroad tracks, south of Meacham Boulevard. (G. Van Nieuwenhuize)

9. CONTRACT - Federal Signal Corporation and OmniWarn LLC

Consideration and/or action to approve the use of HGAC Contract #HP08-25 for Federal Signal Corporation and OmniWarn LLC for the Outdoor Warning System Replacement. (B. Davis)

10. TARRANT COUNTY HAZARD MITIGATION ACTION PLAN

Consideration and/or action to adopt the Jurisdictional Annex to the Tarrant County Hazard Mitigation Action Plan. (B. Davis)
