SECTION 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney - The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during the course of this meeting to seek legal advice from the City Attorney about any matters listed on the agenda, open meetings, open records, code of ethics and conflicts of interest, appointments process and rules of procedure for boards and commissions, drone regulations, New Trinity Cemetery maintenance, and pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer for the following cases: • City of Haltom City v.
