Staff recommend that the Commission nominate and elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for the period beginning April 2026 through March 2027.

3. Operation of a Fireworks Stand

Staff recommend that the Commission review proposals from interested vendors and 1) select a vendor for this year's stand and 2) select a location so the vendor can begin creating the necessary documents to move forward.

4. Lawndale Beat Ridership Report - March 2026

Staff recommend that the Commission Accept and File the March 2026 Lawndale Beat Ridership Report.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Lawndale Parks, Recreation and Social Services Commission will be held at 6:30 p.m. on May 11, 2026, in the Lawndale City Hall Council Chamber, 14717 Burin Avenue, Lawndale, California.
