— RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-(Next-in-Order), Approving the Updated Calendar Year 2025 Salary Schedule to Comply with California Public Employee’s Retirement System (CalPERS) Statutory and Regulatory Requirements for Compensation Earnable and Publicly Available Pay Schedules.

6.A. Multi-Agency Participation Agreement with the Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) for Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program
— RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1) Approve the City of Rancho Mirage to participate with the Coachella Valley Association of Governments (CVAG) for the Coachella Valley Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (CV SYNC); and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the CV SYNC Participation Agreement and make any necessary minor revisions to said agreement, subject to final review and approval by the City Attorney.
