PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (PUBLIC COMMENT
Option A: To provide public comments in person in the Council Chambers
Members of the public may attend the meeting in person in the Council Chambers and speak or submit written comments on any item listed on the Agenda. To speak, complete a Speaker’s Card for each item and submit it to the City Clerk before the public comment period of that item. Public testimony is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker; a speaker's time may not be transferred to another person. Written comments submitted during the meeting will not be read aloud by the City.
Option B: To submit written public comments prior to the meeting
Members of the public may submit written comments on any item listed on the Agenda. To ensure the City Council has time to review and/or consider the information prior to the meeting, please include the item number or topic in the subject line and email comments@agourahillscity.gov by 4:00 p.m. on the meeting date.
