Heir Frivold was following up on the Tobacco Prevention Efforts presentation and inquired whether the City Council will be taking any action on the matter. It was explained that a City Council member would need to request to move forward on the matter, at which point staff would analyze the proposal for cost implications and staffing requirements as part of the process.
City Attorney Robbins interjected, stating that the Council could not further discuss the matter as it was not on the agenda for discussion or action.
