Annual Mills Act Compliance Report
— 1. Receive and file the annual Mills Act compliance report. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
Adoption of Local Hazard Mitigation Plan
— 1. Adopt Resolution No. 2024-060 approving the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
Concrete Maintenance Agreement For Removal and Replacement of Sidewalks, Curbs and Gutters throughout the City
— 1. Award contract to CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc. in the amount of $180,000 for a period of one (1) year; and
— 2. Authorize City Manager to approve up to four (4) additional one (1) year extensions in the annual amount of $180,000. The services are funded from the General Fund (110), Streets Division, at $80,000 and the Gas Tax Fund (510), at $100,000 annually.
Accept a $76,870 U.S. Department of Energy – Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program Equipment Rebate Voucher
— 1. Accept a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) – Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program Equipment Rebate Voucher, which funds the purchase of energy-efficient equipment for $76,870, for the two-year grant period from June 25, 2024, through June 25, 2026, with an option to request a no-cost extension. There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
