PUBLIC INFORMATION
The public may address the members of the City Council on any matters within the jurisdiction of the City Council or on any items on the agenda of the City Council during the designated public comment periods. There will be two Oral Communication sessions: one for Agendized Items (comment about items ON the agenda) and the other for non-Agendized items (comment about items NOT on the Agenda). The Oral Communications portion of the agenda is limited to a duration of one hour unless otherwise approved by the City Council. Comment time is normally 3 minutes depending on the number of speakers.
District 1 Councilmember Dr. Jawane Hilton will be participating at a remote teleconference location as follows: 1021 O Street, Suite 6210, Sacramento 95814 (precise location to be determined; inquire with front desk). Mayor Lula Davis Holmes, Mayor Pro-Tempore Hicks, and Councilmembers Dear and Rojas will be participating in the City Council Chambers.
The remote teleconference location is accessible to the public to provide public comment from that location using the teleconference instructions noted below. A copy of the agenda will be posted at the remote teleconference location.
