1. GENERAL
1.A. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Chanter called the meeting to order at 2:00 P.M.
1.B. FLAG SALUTE
Commissioner Agostini led the flag salute.
1.C. ROLL CALL - Agostini, Beale, Grey, Bryant, Chanter
All Planning Commission Members were present.
2. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS
Chair Chanter praised the city’s strong leadership, highlighted the city’s recent accomplishments, and expressed appreciation to all involved in the planning process.
Commissioner Agostini recognized Ryan Stendell, Assistant City Manager, and Majna Dukic, Development Services Director, for their presentation at a recent Desert Valley Builders Association event.
Commissioner Grey concurred with prior comments, thanking staff for their clear and thorough presentations He noted the significant progress made regarding affordable housing and infrastructure investments.
Vice Chair Bryant highlighted the ongoing challenge associated with unfunded mandates and emphasized that the Commission’s effectiveness is driven by the consistent support of the Planning Division.
