Mayor Pro-Tem Junkersfeld called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.

2.A. Consideration and Action regarding Resolution No. 2024-07, Canvassing Returns and Declaring the Results of an Election held on May 4, 2024 for the Purpose of Electing Mayor, Councilmember Place 2, and Councilmember Place 4- Unexpired Term--Janice England, City Secretary -

City Secretary England stated that Resolution No. 2024-07 canvasses the official results of the May 4, 2024 Election. The results are as follows.

Motion was made by Councilmember Felegy with a second by Councilmember Copeland to approve Resolution No. 2024-07 as presented. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0-0-3 (Flippo, Edwards & Bighorse Absent)

2.B. Oath of Office for Councilmember Place 2 and Councilmember Place 4--Janice England, City Secretary

City Secretary England administered the Oath of Office to Nicky Lawson, Councilmember Place 2, and Brack St. Clair, Councilmember Place 4.

3. Adjournment

3.A. Adjournment--Valerie Junkersfeld, Mayor Pro-Tem

Motion was made by Councilmember St. Clair with a second by Councilmember Lawson to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0-0-2 (Flippo & Bighorse Absent)

Mayor Pro-Tem Junkersfeld declared the May 14th City Council Meeting adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
