Approve the Mills Act Contract with the property owners for the single-family residence located at 1106 West Highland Avenue, within the West Highland Avenue Historic and Scenic District (Historic District No. 7), and determine that approval of the agreement is exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines (Assistant City Manager Boatman)
9. Approve a Cooperative Purchase of Getac Mobile Data Computers from Code 3 Technologies in the amount of $94,386.50 (Management Services/Finance Director Garcia)
